Hay fever is caused by the allergy due to the pollen grains. Our immune system is there to protect the body from foreign harmful particles. When our immune system starts reacting to the particles or substances, which are not harmful to other people in general. Pollen grains are long been the cause of allergy leading to hay fever. These pollen grains are generally very tiny in size and are invisible with the naked eyes. The state of allergy can cause great physical discomfiture. Some of the symptoms are like postnasal drainage, sneezing, runny nose, itchy throat and ear congestion and many more. Thus it is of prime importance to prevent the body getting exposed to the external air containing dust and pollen grains along with other particulate materials. Generally the public places are very polluted in recent times, completely saturated with the dust, pollen grains and other particulate materials. In order to prevent the body from getting exposed to pollen grains using separate sets of clothes for indoors and outdoors is a very effective way.

Due to the nature of any fabric material the particulate materials have a tendency to get stick to the clothes. The clothes, which are worn outside when brought home, are thus loaded with heavy amount of pollen grains and dust particles. Thus due to this condition the pollen grains and the dust particles get dispersed in the whole house. Now even the interiors get polluted and are no more devoid of the allergy causing substances.
Using separate clothes for the indoor and the outdoors is a good practice, which promotes healthy living. It is not only good to prevent allergy but is useful to ensure over good health.
