Remove all molds in the house
There are many air borne allergies but the most prominent one amongst them is hay fever. Almost half of the people in this world are affected by this particular allergy i.e. hay fever. Hay fever is generally caused by the dust mites, dander, pollen grains etc. In the beginning it might not create so much pain for you but it becomes serious afterwards. So it is not just an allergy that will come and go away. Therefore we need to be careful regarding this and the best way is to prevent the factors which contribute to the causation of hay fever. One such way is removing all the molds in the house.
Benefits of removing
Molds are a kind of fungi in the form of mycelia and which usually produces masses of spores. Mold can grow in food, carpets, bed linen etc. They are not photosynthetic so they don't require sunlight to grow rather they get killed by the sunlight. So we can understand all the places which it is going to attack. Therefore we must remove these otherwise they are going to affect our health. The susceptibility of individuals varies, but some people who live in houses with extensive mold growth can develop mold allergies that cause classic hay fever symptoms such as runny noses and itchy eyes.
Actually when mold grows, it releases spores into the air. Adult exposure is almost entirely limited to inhaling the spores, but children and toddlers can get rashes and eye infections from skin contact with mold in carpets. In this way they get allergies and thus the symptoms of hay fever are created.
So we can clear these molds by proper ventilation of air and should also see to it that the house is constructed in such a way that there is proper sunlight falling in the house which will inhibit the growth of molds. Also the exhaust fans should be properly placed.
Conclusion
It's very difficult to remove the molds completely from the house but with a continuous practice of the above practices we can surely clear away those unwanted materials and free ourselves from the pain of hay fever.
