There are many things in our house that exposes us towards dust and all the other factors which causes us allergies. One such contributor to the cause of allergies is the swimming pool which we use in our homes. An unclean swimming pool can cause allergies and if it does not create allergy then it triggers the cause. One such allergy is hay fever. It is a collection of symptoms predominantly in the nose and in the eyes that occur after exposure to airborne particles of dust, dander, or the pollens of specific seasonal plants in people who are allergic to these substances. Allergies are generally caused by an oversensitive immune system which leads to a misdirected immune response. But by taking certain care we can definitely curb this problem.

Cleaning pools

The indoor pools in our homes are seldom cleaned. It is because we think that as the pool is inside the house so there are no chances of getting it dirty. But we are wrong. The pool gets dirty in the same way as others things in our house. The wind carries the dust particles which are then thrown into the pool. Now as these dust particles a start accumulating it leads to the growth of molds in the pool and hence it leads to various types of allergies. When a person takes a bath or goes inside the swimming pool then he is attacked by these particles because inside the swimming pool the same infected water goes inside the person's body and thus affects him. There he gets the allergic particles inside his body and starts suffering from allergy such as hay fever.

Therefore it is necessary to keep the pools clean. It should be cleaned at regular intervals so that the allergic particles don't get the time and place to grow. Also the water in the swimming pools should also be cleaned at regular intervals so as to keep the water of the pool clean.

Conclusion

So we can note that by taking care of certain things or to be precise by keeping the swimming pools clean we can definitely overcome the problem of hay fever and many more different types of allergies.
