Dry Laundry inside the Home
There are several ways by which one can be affected by air borne allergies. One such allergy by which a large number of people are getting affected is hay fever. Hay fever is also called as pollinosis. It is a collection of symptoms predominantly in the nose and in the eyes that occur after exposure to airborne particles of dust, dander, or the pollens of specific seasonal plants in people who are allergic to these substances. As these symptoms are caused by pollens, the allergic rhinitis is commonly known as "hay fever". Allergies are generally caused by an oversensitive immune system which leads to a misdirected immune response. But by taking certain care we can definitely curb this problem. One of the basic mistakes we do is dry our laundry outside our homes which we should prevent.
How it helps
We have a general idea that it is better to dry the washed out clothes in the outside as it will dry very easily being exposed to the sunlight. Moreover we also don't want those wet clothes to hang inside our homes and make our home wet and look dirty. But we are unaware of a very basic thing that it is one of the major reasons for hay fever. As we know that hay fever is caused by dust and pollen grains so when we keep our clothes in the outside then there are thousands of dust particles and pollen grains which are carried by the wind get attached to our clothes. And those clothes when we wear the particles attaches to our clothes goes inside our body and affects us thereby creating allergy in us such as hay fever.
So we must prevent drying clothes outside our house and start drying it inside. Now that doesn't mean that we'll hang it in our bedroom or living room, rather we can make some provisions inside our house so that the clothes are not exposed to outside dirt also and also get dried.
Conclusion
So we must take care of these little things so that we don't get affected by such allergies such as hay fever.
